Full Day - 9:00am-3:00pm($260 Lunch Provided)

Half Day - 9:00am-12:00pm($165)

Registration beings at 8:30am on Monday August 2nd in the lobby of the Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium.

Camp includes:

• Snack each day: Lunch for full day campers

Waiver:

I hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the Jay McAuley Basketball Camp LLC, at Wofford College and acknowledge the fact that he or she is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby authorize the staff of the Jay McAuley Basketball Camp LLC, at Wofford College to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention for which services I will pay and release the Jay McAuley Basketball Camp LLC, at Wofford College from any and all liability for injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp.

COVID Waiver:

Jay McAuley Basketball Camps has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however we cannot guarantee that you or your children will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your physical presence at camp activities could increase your risk or your children's risk of contracting COVID-19.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY In partial consideration of our child’s acceptance into the Jay McAuley Basketball Camps, I/we as parents/guardians of Camper’s Name: __________________________ do hereby agree to this statement: I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child/dependent/camper and any other attending family, friends, relatives or acquaintances may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Jay McAuley Basketball Camp. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Jay McAuley Basketball Camp activities may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, Jay McAuley Basketball Camps, Wofford College, its employees, agents, officers, staff and physicians, to the coverage of the medical insurance policy covering participants in the Jay McAuley Basketball Camps. I further agree to waive all liability of the Jay McAuley Basketball Camps, Wofford Women’s Basketball, Wofford College, its employees, agents, officers, staff and physicians, for any accident, injury (including death), illness or other mishap which might be-fall the above-named camper or any person related to or associated with the above-named camper while attending Jay McAuley Basketball Camps.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT In signing below, this Release of Liability, I acknowledge and represent that I have fully reviewed it and understand what it means, and that I sign this document as my free act and deed. No oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written statement, have been made. I further agree that this Release of Liability shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.
