Experienced Spartanburg High School Wrestlers

Waiver: Parent/Guardian, hereby authorize the directors of the Spartanburg Youth Wrestling Camp to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention. I know of no medical or physical problems which affect my child’s ability to safely participate in this camp. I understand that I will be fully responsible for any injury that may occur at this camp and waive/release Spartanburg High School, Spartanburg District 7, & Hub City Locker of any liability as the result of participation in the camp.
