August 1st - 4th 

Boys and Girls Grades 2-8

Full Day - 9:00am-4:00pm($200 Lunch Provided)

• Time: 9:00am-4:00pm (8:30am-9:00am Drop Off and 4:00pm-5:00pm Pick Up)
• Location: The Arena on the Campus of Northwest Florida State College
• Each Camper Will Receive a Camp T-Shirt
• Lunch will be provided each day

Pricing:

• Early Bird Rate - $200 and $175 for each additional sibling 
• After May 10th - $225 and $200 for each additional sibling
• At the door - $250 and $225 for each additional sibling

Waiver:

I hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the Steve DeMeo Basketball Camp LLC, at Northwest Florida State College and acknowledge the fact that he or she is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby authorize the staff of the Steve MeDeo Basketball Camp LLC, at Northwest Florida State College to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention for which services I will pay and release the Steve MeMeo Basketball Camp LLC, at Northwest Florida State College from any and all liability for injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp.
